מחיקת חשבון ונתונים — ClubDrills

אפשר למחוק את החשבון ואת כל הנתונים הקשורים אליו בכל עת, בלי לתת סיבה. המחיקה היא מחיקה אמיתית: הנתונים נמחקים מהמסד, לא רק מוסתרים.
שלוש דרכים למחוק
- מתוך האפליקציה (שחקן): פרופיל ← ״מחיקת חשבון״. החשבון נחסם מייד — אי אפשר להיכנס יותר, והטלפון מפסיק לקבל התראות. כל הנתונים נמחקים לצמיתות תוך 7 ימים. בימים האלה מנהל המועדון יכול לשחזר את החשבון — למקרה שהלחיצה הייתה בטעות. אחרי 7 ימים אין מה לשחזר.
- דרך המועדון (הורה או שחקן): פונים למנהל המועדון. מנהל המועדון מוחק את השחקן לצמיתות מתוך ממשק הניהול, באופן מיידי.
- במייל אלינו: privacy@clubdrills.com עם הנושא ״בקשת מחיקת חשבון״, שם המועדון ושם השחקן. הורה או המאמן יכולים לשלוח את הבקשה במקום קטין. אנחנו מאשרים קבלה תוך 3 ימי עסקים ומבצעים את המחיקה תוך 7 ימים.
מה נמחק
- החשבון עצמו, שם התצוגה, שנת הלידה, העמדה, הרגל החזקה, התגיות והדמות (אווטאר) — וכן זהות הכניסה במערכת ההזדהות.
- כל האימונים שנשלחו לשחקן, כל ביצוע וכל סט שנרשם, המשוב שניתן אחרי אימונים, והסיכומים היומיים.
- אימונים זוגיים: הרשומה של האימון המשותף נמחקת. השותף שומר את הרישום של האימון שלו, בלי הקישור לשחקן שנמחק.
- קודי הכניסה, מזהה המכשיר להתראות, כל ההתראות של השחקן — וגם ההתראות שהמאמנים קיבלו עליו.
- פניות תמיכה שהשחקן פתח, על כל ההודעות שבהן.
- קבצים שהשחקן העלה (למשל הקלטות) — נמחקים מהאחסון, לא רק מהרשימה.
- רשומות ניתוח שימוש (אנליטיקה) ורשומות ביצועים של השרת שמזוהות עם השחקן.
מה נשאר, ולמה
- יומן פעולות של המועדון: שורה אחת שאומרת ״חשבון X נמחק בתאריך Y״. היא מכילה מזהה טכני בלבד — לא שם ולא שום פרט מזהה — והמזהה לא מוביל לשום מקום אחרי המחיקה.
- תרגילים ואימונים שמאמן בנה שייכים למועדון ונשארים בו (הם לא מכילים נתוני שחקנים).
- גיבויים: הגיבוי הלילי שלנו נשמר 30 יום. שחקן שנמחק נעלם מכל הטבלאות הפעילות ברגע המחיקה, ומהגיבויים תוך 30 יום נוספים.
- רשומות שאנחנו חייבים לשמור לפי חוק (למשל חשבוניות למועדון) נשמרות כנדרש בחוק בלבד — הן לא מכילות נתוני שחקנים.

You can delete your account and every piece of data tied to it at any time, without giving a reason. Deletion is real deletion: the rows are removed from the database, not hidden.
Three ways to delete
- In the app (a player): Profile → "Delete account". The account is blocked immediately — no more sign-in, no more notifications. Everything is permanently erased within 7 days. During those days the club's administrator can restore the account, in case the tap was a mistake. After 7 days there is nothing left to restore.
- Through the club (a parent or a player): ask the club's administrator. The administrator erases the player permanently from the console, immediately.
- By email to us: privacy@clubdrills.com with the subject "Account deletion request", the club name and the player's name. A parent or the coach may send it for a minor. We acknowledge within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 7 days.
What is deleted
- The account itself, display name, birth year, position, dominant foot, tags and avatar — and the sign-in identity in our authentication system.
- Every workout sent to the player, every run and every set recorded, post-workout feedback, and the daily summaries.
- Pair workouts: the shared-session record is deleted. The partner keeps the record of their own workout, unlinked from the erased player.
- Login codes, the push-notification device token, all of the player's notifications — and the notifications coaches received about the player.
- Support tickets the player opened, with every message in them.
- Files the player uploaded (e.g. recordings) — removed from storage, not just from the list.
- Product-analytics rows and server performance samples attributed to the player.
What stays, and why
- The club's audit log: one line saying "account X was erased on date Y". It holds a technical identifier only — no name, nothing identifying — and after erasure that identifier leads nowhere.
- Drills and workouts a coach built belong to the club and stay with it (they contain no player data).
- Backups: our nightly backup is retained for 30 days. An erased player disappears from every live table at the moment of erasure, and from backups within a further 30 days.
- Records we are legally required to keep (such as invoices to the club) are kept only as long as the law requires — they contain no player data.
