מי אנחנו
ClubDrills היא פלטפורמת אימונים למועדוני כדורגל: מאמנים בונים אימונים מובנים עם הנחיות קוליות ומוזיקה, ושחקנים מבצעים אותם באופן עצמאי. השירות מיועד למועדונים, וההצטרפות אליו נעשית בהזמנה בלבד (קוד הצטרפות מהמועדון).
איזה מידע נאסף
- חשבון: כתובת אימייל, שם תצוגה ושיוך למועדון — לצורך התחברות וניהול הקבוצה.
- נתוני אימון: אימונים שהוקצו, ביצוע אימונים (התקדמות, השלמות) ומשוב — כדי שהמאמן יוכל ללוות את השחקנים.
- הקלטות קול: מאמנים יכולים להקליט הנחיות קוליות לאימונים. ההקלטות נשמרות עבור המועדון בלבד.
- התראות: מזהה מכשיר להתראות דחיפה (push), אם אישרתם התראות.
- שימוש: אירועי שימוש בסיסיים באפליקציה לצורך שיפור השירות. איננו משתמשים בפרסום ואיננו מוכרים מידע.
פרטיות ילדים ובני נוער
השחקנים באפליקציה הם לרוב בני 10–16. ההצטרפות אפשרית רק דרך קוד הזמנה שמנפיק מאמן המועדון, ואנו אוספים על שחקנים את המינימום הדרוש לניהול האימונים בלבד. אין באפליקציה פרסומות, אין צ׳אט פתוח, והמידע אינו נמכר או משותף למטרות שיווק. הורים יכולים לפנות אלינו בכל עת לעיון במידע או למחיקתו.
היכן המידע נשמר ועם מי הוא משותף
המידע מאוחסן אצל ספקי ענן מאובטחים (Supabase — אירופה, Vercel). כל מועדון רואה רק את הנתונים שלו. איננו משתפים מידע אישי עם צדדים שלישיים מלבד ספקי התשתית הדרושים להפעלת השירות.
שמירה ומחיקה
המידע נשמר כל עוד החשבון פעיל. לבקשת עיון, תיקון או מחיקה — כתבו לנו: hello@clubdrills.com ונטפל בבקשה בהקדם.

Who we are
ClubDrills is a training platform for football clubs: coaches build structured workouts with voice guidance and music; players perform them independently. Access is invite-only via a club code.
What we collect
- Account: email, display name, club affiliation — for sign-in and team management.
- Training data: assigned workouts, completion and progress, feedback — so coaches can follow up.
- Voice recordings: coaches may record voice instructions; recordings are stored for their club only.
- Notifications: a push token, if you enable notifications.
- Usage: basic in-app analytics to improve the service. No advertising; we never sell data.
Children's privacy
Players are typically aged 10–16. Joining requires a club-issued invite code; we collect only what is needed to run training. No ads, no open chat, no sale or marketing use of data. Parents may contact us at any time to review or delete their child's data.
Storage & sharing
Data is stored with secured cloud providers (Supabase — EU region, Vercel). Each club sees only its own data. We share personal data with no third parties beyond the infrastructure providers required to operate the service.
Retention & deletion
Data is kept while the account is active. For access, correction, or deletion requests: hello@clubdrills.com.
